E-Tec Consultants are seeking a fulltime Senior Structural Draftsperson who can work autonomously and mentor and grow our Revit drafters. We offer a suburb working environment and a progressive team focus which supports the highly professional service standard that we offer.

The successful candidate will possess excellent commercial, mixed use, industrial and governmental project experience, strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving ability and exceptional attention to detail. You will be responsible for delivering high quality Revit and AutoCAD drafting services within timeframes, and ensuring the performance of your project team. Revit development, program customisation and system management will also form the basis of your role.
Your proven ability to meet budget on building structures will ensure that you have ownership of your own projects and clients with your career development plan potentially leading to Project Management.
You will possess a Diploma of Structural Engineering complemented with a minimum 7 years Revit structural drafting experience. Only applicants who possess ALL of the ESSENTIAL points below will be considered for this position.

ESSENTIALS
*7+ years Revit experience
*High standard of written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to establish and maintain client and employee relationships experience
*Excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office
*Excellent knowledge of Western Australian structural drafting
*Ability to coordinate project contract documents for relevant issue with minimal supervision
*Ability to meet project deadlines and timeframes
*Initiative and a can-do attitude
*Must be currently living in Australia
